This new building is an expression of Dansko's commitment to move toward full sustainability in all of its business practices and products. Dansko's dedication to environmental stewardship is apparent in its implementation of the following innovative practices: on-site township-wide recycling program, purchase of renewable wind-powered energy for entire building's electricity, green housekkeping and green education developed for public-retail.

This new 82,000 sf multi-use office and retail space features many green building and sustainable design such as displacement heating and cooling via under floor distribution, vegetated roofing, sloar domestic hot water, light shelves, solar shades, heat mirror glazing and largest living walls in the Philadelphia area.
