What was the impact of your entry? Include any quantifiable results that demonstrate the project’s success. (500 words max)
For the web site, we request at least one photo to accompany your entry in jpeg format. This can be your logo, a photo related to the project, people involved, etc.

You may also include up to 3 pages of additional photos, maps, diagrams, letters, press clips, etc. Acceptable formats include PDF, MS Word, GIF, JPEG, and PNG. If you wish to include multiple images, place them in a .zip file. 5Mb max for each file.
